Which policy answers my question?Find the right page for image rights, privacy, accessibility or reporting a security issue.
Start with the concern, then choose the matching document. Copyright addresses use of protected material; security explains how to report a suspected issue; disclosures describe relevant editorial or commercial context. Privacy and Terms address their own distinct questions.
A report is easier to assess when it separates what you observed from what you inferred. Include a page, a date and enough context to locate the issue. For a security concern, follow the existing reporting guidance and authorization boundaries rather than assuming that a public page grants permission to test a system.
This navigation guide does not change the linked documents or promise a particular response, legal outcome or registered status. Use the current document for the instructions that apply to the specific concern.

Your choices
Your privacy choices opens the controls without signing in. Analytics and reading history remain off until selected. Google Ads measurement has a separate choice. Videos, maps and market widgets display automatically. Declining optional measurement does not prevent reading the publication or sending a request.

Raise a concern

Use a clear subject: Legal inquiry, Privacy request, Copyright notice, QubitWire security report, Editorial correction or Accessibility feedback. Include the affected page and the minimum information needed. These routes do not require a purchase or subscription.
Policy versions
October 30, 2026: clarified that embedded videos, maps and market widgets display automatically. Analytics, reading history and Google Ads measurement remain separate choices.
September 26, 2026: improved navigation, policy readability and contact routing. Privacy and Cookies now describe saved GPC suppression, fail-closed storage handling and withdrawal without an automatic page reload. No new optional category or purpose was added. Terms and Editorial standards retain their September 22 policy dates; their presentation and correction link were improved.
September 23, 2026: clarified browser-only saved jobs, external employer applications and how job suggestions and listing reports use the existing Contact process. These are factual feature disclosures; optional-technology choices are unchanged.
September 22, 2026: expanded privacy choices and external-content controls; dedicated cookies, copyright, disclosures and accessibility pages; additional regional rights, workforce-related liability scope and operational procedures.
The earlier Terms revision was September 8, 2026 and the earlier Privacy revision was September 16, 2026. Dated source versions preserve the earlier wording. Contact us for a previous policy relevant to your use. Material changes receive appropriate notice; a new optional purpose requires a new choice where applicable.
