A March 2026 Nature Electronics paper reports integrated qubit/control chips at millikelvin temperature and single-qubit gate fidelities exceeding 99%.
What remains unresolved
Single-qubit control is not proof of high-fidelity two-qubit computation or fault tolerance. Separately, the proposed Allegro merger was terminated in August 2026; a planned listing must not be represented as completed.
