What we publish

We select individual vacancies from identifiable employer careers pages and their published application systems. This edition uses public Lever listings. We publish factual metadata and short original summaries with attribution and direct links. We do not claim an employer partnership, endorsement or permission to reproduce a full job description.

Lever’s published API documentation describes public postings and third-party discovery. Each employer’s specific application-system address is checked separately. General talent pools and speculative opportunities are excluded.

What “source checked” means

The individual listing, employer association and application destination were reviewed. The date shown records that check, not the date the employer first posted the job. Original posting dates are left unknown when they cannot be substantiated.

When a page is requested, we recheck the published source and compare its identity, title, location, work arrangement, compensation and content with the reviewed record. Checks may be reused for up to five minutes. A material change pauses the listing until it is reviewed. A temporary source failure does not mean that a job has been filled.

If a fresh source check cannot be completed, previously verified evidence can be used for at most 24 hours. After that the role leaves active results and its application action is paused. A recorded change or removal is stored durably and immediately suppresses the role; an outage cannot restore an older approval. Saved references may remain so readers can see the change. Source checks do not guarantee continued availability.

Pay and location

Pay comes from the employer. Currency, amount, period and location scope remain separate. We do not invent salaries, convert currencies or turn an hourly rate into an annual offer. A range without a clear period is shown with that uncertainty and does not match a minimum-pay filter.

Minimum-pay filters compare the employer’s published minimum for the applicable country and region. A broad or higher-paying band cannot stand in for a location-specific one. Remote work is not assumed to mean worldwide eligibility. Country filters do not establish visa sponsorship or work authorization.

Editorial categories and ordering

Work families and role guides are QubitWire browsing aids. They are separate from the employer’s title and requirements. Relevance matches the words in your search against the title, company, reviewed summary and skills. Recently added refers to when QubitWire first included a role, not a refresh date. Paid ranking is not enabled.

Corrections, submissions and privacy

Report a listing or submit an official vacancy for review through the existing editorial contact route. A submitted role is never automatically approved. An editor can suspend a source or individual record when a correction is needed.

Saved jobs store a small list of references in this browser. Accounts, job-alert emails, paid listings and native applications are not offered in this edition. Candidates apply on the employer’s system and QubitWire does not collect CVs. See our privacy policy.
